Massachusetts · Service Area
Triple-deckers, brownstone stoops, and one parking spot. City aging in place is a logistics problem before it is a construction one.

In a triple-decker, the front steps are the obstacle course — sixteen stairs before the front door, then another flight to the apartment. In a brownstone it is the stoop. We look at access, lighting, and handrail continuity first, because a fall on the stairs changes everything.
City work also means access: no driveway for the contractor's truck, a buzzer system nobody can hear from the third floor, and building rules on anything that touches common areas. We handle the scheduling and the building conversation, and we meet the vendor at the door.

Yes. We coordinate with property management and the board when work touches common areas, and we focus on what can be improved inside the unit without waiting on a building-wide decision.
No. The membership covers coordination and oversight; vendor work is billed separately at their rates. You see the quote before anything proceeds.
