New Hampshire · Service Area
A split-level outside Nashua keeps the bedrooms upstairs and the laundry downstairs. Snow, ice, and a long driveway make the outside of the house matter as much as the inside.

Split-levels and raised ranches — the standard southern New Hampshire house — put every bedroom up a short flight of stairs and every utility, washer, and dryer down another. A parent managing stairs twice a day is one icy morning away from a hospital stay, so we plan for it deliberately.
Then there is the season: plowing, sanding, ice dams, and a furnace that picks the coldest week to fail. Our monthly visit includes the outside of the house, and we keep a short list of plow, HVAC, and chimney people who answer the phone in February.
Not on the list? Call and tell us where your parent lives — we will tell you honestly whether we can be there reliably.

We serve southern New Hampshire comfortably. For towns further north, call and tell us where your parent lives — we will tell you honestly whether we can be there reliably.
We source and coordinate a vetted plow or snow service and confirm the work happened. The vendor bills separately at their rate.
