West Palm Beach is two housing markets in one: 1920s bungalows in the historic neighborhoods and high-rise condos downtown. The aging-in-place work looks completely different in each.

In Flamingo Park, El Cid, or Northwood, the house is nearly a century old: narrow interior doorways, one bathroom, a raised front porch with three or four steps, and original floors that are beautiful and slick. Grab bars need real blocking, and the porch steps need a rail before anything else. We walk the specific house rather than handing over a generic list.
Downtown and along the Intracoastal it is the opposite problem — a condo where the elevator, the loading dock, and the building's rules set the schedule. We coordinate with property management, get vendors approved, and make sure the work happens on a day someone can actually be there.
Not on the list? Call and tell us where your parent lives — we will tell you honestly whether we can be there reliably.

Yes. Older homes there usually need a permit for anything exterior or structural, and we know which changes require one. We coordinate the licensed trades rather than sending in a handyman who cannot pull the paperwork.
Yes. In a condo the work is coordination with property management, vendor access, and the interior changes that make the unit safer — bathroom grab bars, lighting, and thresholds — without waiting on a building-wide project.
